STATEMENT
My work explores the emotional and psychological landscape of individuals living in a rapidly changing world. Working primarily through portraiture, I depict real people whose presence and individuality become the starting point for my paintings.
Observing subtle gestures, expressions, and moments of vulnerability, I construct visual narratives that reflect on identity, intimacy, and human relationships. Echoing the language of theatre and archetypal characters, my portraits suggest the roles people inhabit in life, revealing the fragile connection between inner emotional experience and the shifting realities of contemporary existence.
